Well,
I'm back in Cali for a couple of weeks waiting for Soundcheck to call me. Once they do I'm packing my GTi as full as I can get it and taking a roadtrip back to the promised land.
What a trip that was though. Matt and Jonas were so great to me and so hospitable. Good guys. I pretty much loved everything about being out there and as far as being back here, well, you can guess how I feel about that.
When you are in Nashville, you are surrounded by music and it is really easy to stay focused but out here it is a little harder.
I'm going to enjoy my time with my family and be patent once again for this next "strike in the ground" to be over. (Thanks Matt)

I know your heart, wow what a heart you have. I'm not sad that you are leaving and following your dreams, I'm the one that incourages you to do that, I'm sad that town doesnt fullfill them. That it drags you down like a disease. Too bad everyone here couldn't look at life like they do in Nashville. You will be happy there and succeed, I will be cheering you on all of the while. I will miss you alot and be in your pocket watching over you.

Oh yeah Baby I forgot to say that if people post comments about your faith but don't have the guts to leave their names they are jealous of the great blessings that God has given you and they are,well chicken doodoo (you know what I really would normally say) Stay strong in the Lord, that's what makes you the good man you are.

You really are blessed to have such an opportunity - and i'm sure you know how jealous I am - and even though you're stuck here for awhile I know you'll make the best of it.
Buddy...it makes me happy to see that you used the strike on the ground!! I love that!! I just wanted to let you know that are missed and loved here in "Cashville." I am praying that the Lord makes the transition fast and painless. I am excited that you are going to be back here. I am praying for you and I am proud of you for following your dreams and proud to call you my friend. You are a blessing in my life. I'll talk to you soon.

Relish in the fact that you have some really great friends, here and there. Yes, friends are for a season as Dad always says but these are more than friends, these people who support you so strongly are a part of your family. Stay strong.
